Recognized for many years of invaluable contributions to her field, Ms. Rudler parlays her knowledge into her role with Beacon Brook Health Center, which provides short-term care and long-term placement services. After watching her grandfather fall ill when she was a child, she felt inspired to help the elderly.
A stellar example of skill in her field, Ms. Rudler excels due to a combination of her prior industry experiences and her educational background, which includes a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on clinical nurse leadership Sacred Heart University. If there were one aspect of the industry that she could change, she would change its hectic pace, because she would love to be able to spend more time with her patients. Looking forward, Ms. Rudler would like to work in a hospital setting as opposed to a geriatric setting. Her goal is to move into clinical nurse leadership.
