She has proven her ability to both sell and deliver solutions that include strategic and operational aspects with a focus on delivering measureable value to the bottom line. Dawn has focused on creating global center-led procurement organizations for large complex companies. For both Cargill and Digital River, Dawn was responsible for transforming the organization by addressing the organization, technology, process, policy and procedures needed to support the transformation. In addition, significant run rate savings are delivered while maintaining customer service levels.
