In this day and age people need to be self-confident that they can defend themselves. KirBela Global Enterprises was born to help women and men to become educated and prepared to provide safety and security for themselves and loved ones. Safety and Security Specialist and Owner of KirBela Global Enterprises, LLC Deborah "Debbie" Lovas founded her online business in the summer of 2015 as a way to offer customers across the country with a number of products made specifically for protection. "I've met so many men and women who don't feel comfortable handling guns, yet I strongly believe that every American citizen should be armed to protect themselves," Lovas said. "With so many people opposed to guns, I figured there must something out there that these people could use to protect themselves. That's when I decided to open up KirBela Global Enterprises, LLC with an online store to reach out to the masses." Lovas' online store offers everything from stun guns and pepper spray to knives, batons, and various keychain defense products. She also sells other tactical and survival products, from apparel, eyewear, and jewelry, to outdoor equipment, protective gear, and lighting. In addition to her online store, she also hosts at local gun shows to gain visibility. When customers purchase a self-defense device from Lovas, she offers them simple instructions as to how to handle each item, deploy it, and what to do once it's deployed. Customer service is a top priority for her. "Having some sort of self-protection device, a gun, a knife, pepper spray, stun gun, baton, or keychain defense, for example, empowers my customers just enough to give them the confidence they need to defend themselves or someone else," Lovas added. "Everyone deserves the right to protect themselves." Notably, stun guns (which are different than tasers) are legal to carry in every state (including PR and most of the VI) except HI, IL, MA, MI, NJ, NY, RI, and WI. In CT, they are legal for home use, but carrying is prohibited. In IN, tasers are subject to the requirement of a handgun license. Trained in shooting sports, Lovas is also a National Rifle Association Certified Range Safety Officer.
