For more than twenty years, Dr. Donnelly has pursued diverse learning and research opportunities. This is not only limited to formal academic environments, as she holds two masters degrees and a doctoral degree, but in collaborative leadership development courses, such as Common Purpose in the United Kingdom and as a member of Vistage Worldwide in the United States. Among other things, Dr. Donnelly has lectured on reconciliation in a Colombian prison, helped start a food rescue non-profit in Central Texas, lead groups of students on service projects in Northern Ireland, and spoken at academic conferences throughout the United States, United Kingdom, and Europe. Her cross-disciplinary background makes her uniquely poised to serve as the head of an agile, bespoke research firm. She draws not only on her own personal knowledge, but a connected network of experts in dozens of fields to ensure her clients are getting the best service possible.
