Ms. Tesh has managed over 25 product launches and repositioning, developed staff to higher levels in the organization by using consumer and retail training from Nabisco, conducted presentations at senior management meetings at Mead Johnson Nutrition and Bristol-Myers Squibb, represented MJN at multiple BMS senior events, and rebuilt new performance management system for 10,000 employees. Financially, she has held responsibility for approximately $2B in gross sales, as well as manage an advertising and promotion budget of approximately $150MM. Ms. Tesh represented North America, making key decisions on the global Enfamil brand, including positioning, packaging, and messaging. During her time at Bristol-Meyers Squibb, she earned two President Awards and earned the President Award as well as the Excellence in Action Award while employed by Mead Johnson Nutrition.Currently, Ms. Tesh sits on the Evansville Board of Governors on Diversity Evansville Women’s Fund.
