Some years later, in addition to teaching and performing, Ms. Hatton pursued a second career path. “In 2011, after years of focusing on music, I began a life-changing journey of optimizing my health through coaching,” she said. “This experience helped me discover the huge impact the coaching industry can have in the world, which led me to launch Wendi Hatton Coaching in 2012.” Her mission is to help heart-centered Coaches, Consultants and Holistic Practitioners who are incredible at what they do and want to make a difference in the world. But, they feel uncomfortable when it comes to the sales and marketing aspect of their business. While working with Ms. Hatton, they learn how to come from a place of honesty, integrity and compassion, resulting in a comfortable space for themselves and their potential clients. They learn to identify their values, discovering what is truly important to them, allowing them to become aligned with the process of connecting, inviting and elegantly proposing to a prospect about working with them. Today, Ms. Hatton applies her expertise as a professional musician into her coaching business, where she empowers and inspires heart-centered professionals “to sustain a thriving business while enjoying a prosperous lifestyle.” In addition to her work as a coach, Ms. Hatton continues to share her musical talents with students and audiences alike. “My biggest vision is to combine my two passions [music and coaching] by building an empire of personal coaches impacting the world, and establishing the Life Harmony International Foundation, which will focus on providing aid to the less fortunate and funding to the construction and operation of The John H. Allen Memorial Performing Arts and Academic Institute, named after my father.” said Ms. Hatton.
