As an accomplished leader offering a proven track record in collaborating with and directing teams in new product development and manufacturing, Ms. Monroe brings demonstrated talents in negotiating and managing contracts, and implementing initiatives to drive business development and build strategic partnerships within Fortune 500 firms. Her experience encompasses working with sales, field services, legal, engineering, finance and manufacturing to coordinate and monitor project progress, budgets and revenue. Currently, in her position as Senior Global Alliance Program Manager at Oracle, Ms. Monroe provides expertise in the development of target-driven strategies, increasing revenue with OEM partners that include Sun Microsystems, Hewlett-Packard, Tributary Systems and National Cash Register. Prior to joining Oracle, Ms. Monroe worked for 12 years at Storage Tek as a Program Manager where she contributed to the OEM Channel sales team, increasing sales revenue from $120M to $180M until being promoted to Program Administrator, Library AME. It was there that she was responsible for managing the development of new libraries in collaboration with product engineering, manufacturing, sourcing and logistics. Ms. Monroe holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Regis University.
