Ms. Richmond is the second in her family to choose the military in her family and the first to obtain a college degree. Four years ago Ms. Richmond began her life as a civilian and accepted a temp job with Cobham Mission Systems, Inc. Based on her expertise, diverse leadership and strategic technical achievements Ms. Richmond’s performance was duly noted immediately and after just three months was offered her title at present Program Administrator II. Ms. Richmond is truly a gifted professional with impeccable training and work ethics and results oriented. Ms. Richmond’s hard work has paid off, as she led her department to win the Sir Alan Cobham Silver Award for Customer Satisfaction. Delilah M. After 26 years with the United States Air Force, Ms. Richmond retired at E-7 Master Sergeant. Delilah M. Richmond got her start within her industry of choice after earning a temp job. After taking a tour of the Cobham Mission Systems facility, she found herself impressed with the company and was happy to accept a position. After three short months her performance earned her a promotion to Program Administrator II, which she continues to impressively master. Four years in now at her present position some of her daily activities include communicating with the head office in United Kingdom, maintain import and export records, perform a variety of administrative support activities and identify areas of relative concern for various project and program execution—and then make recommendations to the Program Manager as appropriate. Ms. Richmond’s hard work has paid off, as she led her department to win the Sir Alan Cobham Silver Award for Customer Satisfaction. Ms. Richmond utilizes a number of skills to perform her job duties to the best of her ability—including clerical, oral and written communication-related skills. For her commitment to achieving success according to her personal standards of excellence, and for her outstanding accomplishments in enriching her position with her diversified proficiencies, Ms. Richmond is being honored as a leader and role model for her profession. In the future, Ms. Richmond hopes to complete a variety of online-based courses to gain greater credentials. She also hopes to work in an international capacity.
