: Kathie Condon holds a Master’s of Science of Nursing degree in maternal nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She has practiced as a registered nurse for over 30 years. Her practice has included staff nurse, nurse educator and nurse manager. In 1999, she launched Condon Medical Legal Consultants and practices as an independent legal nurse consultant. Ms. Condon has assisted attorneys that specialize in medical malpractice, personal injury and other medically related litigation issues. Ms. Condon has spoken on various medical issues related to litigation educating attorneys, paralegals and nurses. In 2005, she was certified as a nursing specialist in legal nurse consulting (LNCC) through the American Board of Nursing Specialties. She is a member of the American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants (AALNC), the Augusta, GA Chapter of AALNC and the Birmingham Chapter of AALNC. Ms. Condon has also practiced as a non-attorney social security disability representative. She has obtained and reviewed the medical records and applied the impairment listing to the case. This includes writing the brief and attending the hearing with the claimant.
